Why has an Ability Statement?

When likely clients ask about your facilities or products, you send them an Ability Statement. If they view your site and don’t want to give time reading about you and your organization, they can download your Ability Statement file and read it later.

Clients may transfer your Ability statement to others when refer your services. You can send one with your offers, promotional materials, and on other times when the opportunity offerings.

Sometimes clients may have agreement with you for years, but only purchase the same facility. They have no idea you also offer other services. Your Ability Statement explains what you can do in adding to what you do for them now.

What’s in a Ability Statement?

It’s not actually a dumb question! It’s a good idea to take in the following subjects and any others you feel are related:

History: When did your firm begin operations and what has it done since beginning?

What We Do: What can you do for customers or what do you sell? Do you want any special authorizations, certificates or licenses to do what you do? If so, reference them.

Our Staff: Who are your staffs and what special certificates, experience, rewards etc has each staff member got that will help you offer services that are better than your challengers?

Our Equipment or Capitals: If you are hiring training venues, hiring out equipment, or trust on resources to earn quick, add some photos in your brochures. As some smart parallel said, ‘A photo expresses a thousand words’.

Similarly if you have a different way of doing something, try to find sign that supports it as being the greatest way, most cheap, safest or so on. For example, if you clean carpets for a alive you’ll need to use cleaning resources that don’t reason fade, are not harmful, don’t damage animals or plants and so on. You get the idea.

Where You Find Us: Where is your office, place, factory, or whatever? How does your customer find you? Do you need to add a map?

Contacting Us: Where can you be communicated by phone, fax, mobile telephone, letter, or email? Do you have website?

Client Testimonials: You can add a list of your customers here under the heading ‘Clients’ or you can write to your customers and ask them to deliver testimonial to the quality, cost efficiency, or whatever about your service. Some of your longer term customers may be willing to accept telephone calls from people who are seeing buying your goods or facilities.

Finally

once you have your Ability Statement, believe that you have enough copies to socialize and a plan to upgrade it occasionally so it continues to signify exactly what you do.
