Another similar offering from the same builder is ILD Arete which is currently underway in Sector 33 of Gurgaon. This project also offers apartments similar to those of ILD Grand Centra, with the exception of duplexes. However the end users here have the option to opt for apartments with unit area up to 4500 square feet.
